Myfull Decor  faux stone siding are new designed faux stone siding , molded from real stone texture , multi coats of hand painting , Myfull Decor faux stone siding is uniquely formulated polyurethane with UV inhibitors .The in mold coatings are chemically boned with the molded surface of the panel . Panels are easily cut ,no special tools needed. The screw strip acts as a guide for attachment and is covered by overlap of the next panel.

Installation Guide

Acclimation: All products must be given proper time to acclimate.  Please allow panels/boxes with panels to stored flat for a minimum of 48 hours prior to installation.

Preparation

  • Product can be installed on different substrates such as concrete wall, brick, stucco, OSB, CMU(cinder block), plywood, drywall…  All substrates should be clean and free of decries and loose pieces.
  • Use level and chalk line to mark a line on the substrate at or slightly above the top edge of your bottom row of panels.  Repeat these lines as you install up the wall.

Installation of Panels

  • Always install the panel with positive ship lap edge on top.
  • Placing screw in the positive ship lap edge at the marked screw location into the substrate.
  • Sink screws to a depth of up to 1/8”.
  • From one or two inches above the bottom of the panel, place 3 – 4 screws evenly into the panel face.  Try to place screws in the grout line or where there is overhang of the rocks/stones to better hide screws from being visible.
  • Fill the screw holes with color matching caulk, then use finger to level the caulking to blend in with the panel.
  • Work from left to right to complete the first row.
  • Don’t install the same panel number next to each other.
  • Only if visible vertical gap is observed between panels, fill the vertical gap between panels with color matching caulking and touch up paint.
  • Repeat for all remaining rows.

Inside corner to inside corner panel installation

  • Cut the left end of the panel so that it sits flush against the adjacent wall.
  • Secure panels with process stated in “Installation of Panels”.
  • Cut the right end of final panel to sit flush against the other adjacent wall.
  • Repeat process from bottom row to up.

One outside corner

  • Install the corner first.
  • Install from the panels away from the corner with process stated in “Installation of Panels”.
  • The end of the last panel is to be cut off to sit flush with the adjacent wall.
  • Repeat process from bottom row to up.

Two outside corners

  • Install the lower left corner first.
  • Install panels from left to right with process stated in “Installation of Panels”.
  • Cut the right corner so there is a straight edge.
  • Measure the last panel piece and cut it straight so it fits flush with the cut edge of the right corner piece.
  • Use rasp to smooth out the joint.
  • Apply caulking and touch up pain to the joint if needed.
  • Repeat process from bottom row to up.
